We are next door neighbor since year 1979. We use to play in each other house when we were still kids. Our family know each other well like friends. We are more than just a neighborhood!

About Yan Xian
Yan Xian is staying with her 80's over years old mother. She has interest in making art and craft since many years ago. She has this latent as she doesn't need any master to teach her at all. She just know it by watching only. She has the creative to made things out of herself.
She has problem getting a job due to her weak and poor health, and low education. So she makes use of her only skill she has by making some art and craft items and sell them near our house in the market place.
She has a dream too! She dream that one day she can have her own art & craft shop selling her handmade goods.

- I have been practising yoga since year 2002 and start teaching since year 2004. I’m a qualified yoga teacher who is holding a Yoga Instructors Certificate Course (YICC) with Grade A conducted by Indian Yoga Institute of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (s VYASA) at Vivekananda Yoga Centre. I'm a freelance yoga teacher who teach at various places. For more information and detail about me, please visit my website. I have a dream too! My dream is to have my own yoga studio centre. Delivery Mode
(A) Self-Collection at our place locate at AMK Ave 10.
(B) Self-Collection at AMK mrt or Bishan mrt on certain time slot only depend on our schedule.
(C) Personal Delivery Service at $35 per trip.
- Delivery Time Schedule
10am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
2pm - 6pm (Sat & Sun)
- Kindly ensure that recipient is available at given address. Redeliveries can be done with a $35 delivery charge apply again.
Payment Mode
(A) ATM Fund Transfer or Online Banking
We accept only below method of payment for product items that are made to order.
ATM Fund Transfer or Online Banking to POSB Saving A/c. Account number will only be given through email once we confirmed your orders.
(B) Cash-On-Delivery
COD is available for product items that are in stock only. However, delivery charge of $35 is payable in advance through ATM Fund Transfer or Online Banking if you request for delivery service.
Stock Status
(A) In Stock
Item is available for collection or delivery anytime once the payment is made.
(B) Made To Order
Item is out of stock. Need to make when order received. Kindly give us 2 days to a week time. Thank you very much for your patient...:-)
NOTE:
Due to the limited in stock, priority will be given to those customers who place the order and make the payment first. Thank you:-)
How To Order?
Drop us an email at janerellajee@yahoo.com.sg if you see something you like.
Indicate your name, your contact no, your address to deliver the item if you request for delivery service, mode of delivery, mode of payment, the product code number of the item you are ordering and the quantity.
Once an order is received, you will get an email regarding the bank account if you choose for ATM Fund Transfer or Online Banking mode of payment & our address for self-collection at our place.
Item will be ready for either self-collection or delivery immediately after payment is confirm received for item that is in stock. For item made to order, it will only be ready in 2 days to 1 week time.
Special Made Order
If happen you like any design of our items but you prefer it at a different size or colour or different materials, etc, we can do it for you!
